Sheri Cartwright is the founder and lead course developer at EducateU. With a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Waterloo, Sheri brings both academic insight and practical experience to every program she creates. Since 2015, she has been researching, designing, and delivering engaging learning experiences across a wide range of topics. Sheri has developed courses for well-known organizations as well as custom-designed training tailored to client needs. Her passion for EducateU grew from both professional and personal experience. As her children grew older and through her role managing a community sports league for youth, Sheri saw firsthand the gap in the education system around teaching practical life skills. She also reflected on her own experience of graduating high school without essential skills in communication, leadership, and financial literacy—skills she only developed much later, and which became key to helping her advance. At EducateU, Sheri is the creative force behind the course content and materials, ensuring they are practical, relevant, and accessible for learners of all backgrounds. She also facilitates select programs, where her passion for empowering people with real-world skills comes to life in the classroom and online.

Steve brings over 30 years of experience in learning and development, with a career dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. Specializing in performance improvement and professional development, he has designed and delivered impactful programs for some of North America’s most recognized corporations. As a facilitator and coach, Steve is known for his engaging style and practical approach. He doesn’t just teach concepts—he equips learners with real-world strategies they can apply immediately. His expertise spans leadership development, communication skills, and workplace performance, making him a trusted guide for professionals at all levels. At EducateU, Steve contributes as a facilitator, coach, and consultant, helping shape courses that are interactive, relevant, and results-driven. His passion is simple: to create learning experiences that build confidence, improve performance, and inspire growth.
